The following general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products sold by Roberts Eleven, LLC through the online store www.pinkybear.com. Your use of the site to purchase merchandise acknowledges your agreement to follow and to be bound by these general terms and conditions of sale.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Online orders are generally processed and packaged within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Delivery to most areas takes 5-10 business days. A package is not considered lost until 12 days post shipment. Should the ordered item be out of stock, or in case of any delay of delivery, we will inform you via e-mail.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices on the online store are stated in USD. Prices do not include local taxes and the customer is responsible for paying these fees, if applicable.
Shipping & Handling costs are Free for each unit shipped via USPS within the continental United States and $0 USD for each additional product purchased. For orders received from outside the continental U.S. and/or if expedited shipping is requested, shipping costs will be calculated separately.

PinkyBear.com warrants all products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from date of delivery. If you think your product might be faulty or defective, please contact us.
Should you not be satisfied with your purchased item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the original payment less shipping and handling costs. The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, and in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. On returning an item, the shipment cost is paid by the customer. Please enclose your receipt with your name, address and order number. PinkyBear.com will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Refunds for returned products will be made to the original payment method within 30 business days after we receive the returned products.
